FXA was born out of the ministry of Faith Xtreme, a non-profit organization serving children from at-risk areas in Polk County for the past 2 decades. During this time, countless children and families have been served to ensure that their basic survival needs were met: food, clothing, and shelter and the gospel is shared through Bible clubs and service opportunities. Faith Xtreme Academy will dig deeper and bridge the academic gaps many children experience due to a variety of reasons. Meet The Team
Sean Fielder
Executive Director
Over 20 years of experience working with children and families from at-risk areas. Developed and implemented the Faith Xtreme model, now implemented in multiple communities.
Jenny Barton
Principal and Lead Teacher
Over 30 years in education with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Specific Learning Disabilities and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership. Jenny grew up in Eloise and has a desire to see her students flourish.
Dawn Fielder
Office Manager/Substitute Teacher
Dawn has worked with primary aged children for over 20 years helping them get a good start in life. She has also assisted her husband in leading Faith Xtreme as they have mentored hundreds of children over the last 20 years.
Rashidi Hines
PE Coach/Teacher Aide
Rashidi grew up in the Faith Xtreme program and fully embraced the mentorship he was provided and now works for both Faith Xtreme and Faith Xtreme Academy giving back to children and encouraging them.
